Montessori Learning & More

At Marlboro Country Day Camp, we incorporate the Montessori approach into our summer program. Campers will explore STEM, art, and drama activities tailored to their age and interests. Whether they’re tinkering with science projects, unleashing creativity in art class, or stepping into the spotlight for drama sessions, every child experiences growth and confidence in a supportive, nurturing atmosphere.

In addition to our summer camp, Marlboro Montessori Academy provides:

America the Beautiful: Our 2025 Camp Theme

Parents and campers can’t stop talking about our exciting summer theme—“America the Beautiful!” From July through the end of August, our program will highlight the diversity of the United States through engaging activities and educational explorations.

What to Expect:

• Swimming & Splash Park Fun: Dive into our refreshing pools and splash park to stay cool in the summer sun.
• STEM Activities: Spark curiosity and innovation with hands-on projects that blend science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
• Art & Music: Embrace creativity in art classes and celebrate the magic of music—perfect ways to capture the joy of summer!
• Patriotic Explorations: Discover fascinating facts about all 50 states, including iconic landmarks, regional cuisine, local heritage, and more.
• New Jersey Pride: Learn about our home state’s map, state bird, flower, nickname, and flag.
• Montessori Differentiation: Our older campers can dive deeper into sophisticated projects, while younger ones enjoy simpler, age-appropriate versions of the same patriotic theme.
• In the later afternoons, older campers can relax with videos exploring the unique characteristics of different U.S. regions—perfect for cooling down while still soaking up knowledge.
